Check-in/Check-out

Check-in to the apart-hotel is from 15:00.
Check-out from the apart-hotel is until 12:00.
You can use the late check-out service until 18:00 or early check-in from 03:00.
The cost of the service is 50% of the daily accommodation rate.

Stay Regulations

We kindly ask you to respect your neighbors and observe quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00.
Please note that smoking in our apartments is strictly prohibited.
The cost of additional anti-tobacco cleaning is 10,000 rubles.
Please do not leave trash in the corridors and public areas.
Containers for waste collection are located on the 1st floor, to the right of the exit to the street.
